Webinars and Workshop on the Preparation of PPEPP Document

Saturday (7/7/20), webinars and workshops on the preparation of PPEPP documents (Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, Improvement) were carried out by GPM (Quality Assurance Group) FMIPA in collaboration with GPM Faculty of Engineering. Followed by all study program quality assurance units and the head of the FMIPA and FT environmental study programs. This activity was held on Friday and Saturday, 6-7 November 2020 with Dr. Wonny Ahmad Ridwan, SE., MM, as the speaker From the Head of the Internal Audit Office (KAI) of IPB University.

In this activity, the minister explained the latest information about the National Policy for the Higher Education Quality Assurance System (SPM Dikti) and the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI), followed by the PPEPP document preparation process, the evaluation process and strategies in preparing the form of accreditation with 9 criterias. Where the form of accreditaion with 9 criterias has a significant difference to the old accreditation form (with 7 criteria). Based on Dr Woony, the PPEPP document is the most important component in in preparing the form of accreditation with 9 criterias. The PPEPP document itself is not only related to the educational process but also in all fields in higher education .

The agenda of the workshop including the preparation of evaluation instruments for study programs, preparation of LKPS documents, self-evaluation documents, assessment strategies from these documents and simulation of assessment.

It is expected that this activity will provide enlightenment and enthusiasm for members of quality assurance, faculty accreditation teams and study programs in compiling documents that will apply for re-accreditation. (Rizwan, Physics UNP)
